Wellness Plans

​At our clinics, we care about your cat as much as you do. We recognize that providing optimal preventative health care for your cat can be a great upfront expense through every stage of their life. Our wellness plans are designed to provide annual preventative health care in more convenient monthly payments.

KITTENS/YOUNG ADULT

CATS

(1-7 years old)

Indoor Cats

  • Annual examination and vaccinations: rabies, feline rhinotrachetis virus, calicivirus, and panleukopenia

  • Early detection blood screening test for anemia, liver function, kidney disease

  • Nutritional consult

Outdoor Cats – Same as above plus:

  • Felv/FIV testing for feline leukemia virus and feline immunodeficiency virus

  • Yearly fecal screening for intestinal parasites

  • Deworming, flea control and heartworm prevention​

SENIOR CATS

(8 years and older)

Same as Young Adult Indoor Cats plus:

  • 6-month wellness examination

  • Extended senior blood screening for anemia, liver function, kidney disease, diabetes, and thyroid function

  • Yearly urinalysis

Same as Young Adult Outdoor Cats plus:

  • 6-month wellness examination

  • Extended senior blood screening for anemia, liver function, kidney disease, diabetes, and thyroid function

  • Yearly urinalysis

PUPPIES/YOUNG ADULT

DOGS

  • Annual examination and vaccinations including rabies, distemper, adenovirus-2, parainfluenza, parvovirus leptospirosis, kennel cough, and Lyme

  • Heartworm and Lyme disease testing

  • Heartworm and tick prevention

  • Flea and intestinal parasite control

  • Early detection blood screening tests for anemia, liver disease, kidney disease and diabetes

  • Yearly fecal screening for intestinal parasites

  • Nutrition consult

  • Winter deworming

Same as Young Adult Dogs plus:

  • Yearly urinalysis

  • Extended senior blood testing for anemia, liver disease, kidney disease, pancreatitis, blood electrolytes and thyroid function

  • Bi-annual wellness examination

Frequently Asked Questions

 

Is this pet insurance?

No, the wellness plan is not insurance and there is no deductible. Wellness plans offer proactive, as opposed to reactive veterinary care. It is a healthcare plan that you will actually use.

Can I cancel or transfer my wellness plan?

Yes, the wellness plan may be cancelled with 30 days notice. At the time of cancellation, a calculation will be made to determine if the clinic owes the client for services paid but not rendered or vice versa.

How do I make monthly payments?

Payments can be made by direct deposit from your financial institution or through pre-authorized credit card payments (Visa/ MasterCard). Monthly payments will be calculated by the total cost of the plan minus an initial deposit divided over 12 months.

 

When do I have to sign up?

You can sign up at any point during the year. If your dog has already received a portion of the services on the wellness plan, that amount will be deducted, and the remainder of the cost will be split amongst your monthly payments.
